Content Creation Tools
Probably by far the greatest tool I’ve ever used to date.
I used to struggle horribly at coming up with content ideas across a lot of my different platforms. Since I started using CopyAI though, I am pressing stuff out like hot cakes! It’s truly been a game-changer for me and my business.
If you have any issues whatsoever with coming up with content ideas or even just getting your content organized, you need to check this out. I use it for blog posts, TikToks/Reels, Instagram posts, YouTube video ideas, everything.
*Note if you use my link, it has a built-in one-time offer of 40% off for the first year if you upgrade to the paid plan within 4 days of creating your free account.
Extremely useful if you’re going to be making YouTube videos. TubeBuddy takes out all of the guesswork that goes into putting together the right titles, descriptions, keywords, tags, and thumbnails in order to maximize your video and channel SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
This is a great tool for doing pre-video research to see what the best angle is to go about recording your videos and presenting your content, and it connects directly to YouTube through the browser plugin which makes it easy to use while browsing through YouTube simultaneously.
If you ever struggle to come up with ideas on what kind of content you can or should make, Pinterest is truly an amazing source of creative inspiration for every niche, and it’s free!
Wondershare Filmora: I’m all about getting the most bang for my buck, that’s why I love Filmora. Not only is it a great video editing program for a very good price, it’s also extremely easy to use and is SUPER newbie friendly. It takes a lot of the complicated stuff out of creating great videos!
Fiverr: don’t want to create the content all on your own? You’re not alone. Starting at as little as $5, you can pay a professional to have just about any type of digital media imaginable created for you… from blog posts, graphics, and short video clips all the way to fully functioning websites, web management services, and more.
iWriter: They’ll write content of any type for you: articles, ads, rewrites, blog posts, product descriptions, and more.
Copyright-Free Stock Content
Pixabay: a great source to download copyright free images to use as social media templates, inspiration, blog photos, or video b-roll.
Storyblocks: a great source for HD and 4K stock video footage. With tiered account plans, they have options ranging for the very beginner up to the video professional.
Artlist: the best place to get music and sound effects for any type of video content, which can be used across all of the social media platforms!
Epidemic Sound: another great marketplace to get music and sound effects for any type of video content, which can be used across all of the social media platforms!
Business Management Tools
I am the worst when it comes to keeping track of my schedule and using my time efficiently. I have a horrible habit of procrastinating, and I often get side-tracked or lose focus extremely easily.
Or at least I used to until I started using Motion. This app uses artificial intelligence to constantly plan and update your day as you do or don’t get certain tasks done, it’s amazing! It takes all your meetings, tasks, and projects, and builds the perfect daily schedule.
My favorite part though is anytime a task runs longer than I anticipated, or something comes up unexpectedly – all I have to do is click the “Reorganize” button, and it re-shifts my entire To-Do list, prioritizing the most important things first.
The “lazy persons” dream when it comes to posting on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and more!
Later.com (with both a free and a paid version) lets you pre-schedule your social media posts, and then have them auto-posted at specified times! So instead of having to manually post every day yourself, you can spend a few hours one Saturday afternoon scheduling out all your posts for the entire month, and then forget about it!
We call this “Batch Posting” and it works like a charm.

The best and easiest place to start learning about and investing in cryptocurrencies. With free education tools, ways to earn free crypto, and an easy to use interface, Coinbase makes it simple to start buying into the future. Use my link below and you’ll get $10 in free Bitcoin when you buy or sell $100 or more in crypto.
Probably my favorite investing platform! Why earn 0.05% APY on cash in a regular savings bank account when you could be earning up to 9% on that same money with essentially little to no risk? That’s what is possible using BlockFi. Turn your cash into Stables Cryptocurrencies such as U.S. Dollar Coin (USDC) and earn much higher interest rates (learn more by watching this YouTube video). Use my link below and get up to $250 in free Bitcoin after a qualifying deposit.
Personal Finance Tools
If you’re not ready for investing, but you would eventually like to be, Mint is a great platform to help you get your finances in order! Mint allows you to connect and see all your accounts in one central place, bringing together everything from spending habits and balances, to budgets, credit score, and more. Access your entire financial life in one powerful app to see where your money is going and where you can start saving.
Blog / Website Building Tools
While you can get your domain names at the same locations you get your web hosting (such as Hostgator or GoDaddy), sometimes people prefer to get their domain names from a separate location.
I personally get all of my domain names through Google Domains because their domains automatically come with privacy protection, while many other domain hosts charge an additional fee for privacy.
Namecheap is another great place to get low-cost domain names.

Free Affiliate Programs
Creating content based around your hobbies and passions to help others is great… but why not get paid while you do it? This is the entire philosophy behind Affiliate Marketing — getting paid to promote the products and services you truly love, while helping others from the knowledge and experience you have. These are some of my favorite Affiliate Market programs that PAY PEOPLE to promote their products and services:
Amazon Associates: the largest online affiliate marketplace in the world for physical products. If you can find it on Amazon, you can make money by promoting it. Sign up for free!
Clickbank: one of the leading global retailers and affiliate marketplaces focused on the Digital Products space.
1000’s of companies and corporations across the world have Affiliate Programs. You can typically find the ones that do by going to their website, scrolling all the way to the bottom, and looking for a link that says “Affiliates.” — Other examples include:
