Exercises

The two keys to working out are simple: diet and exercise.
The hard part is consistency! But as long as you stick to it, you will get to where you want to be.
Think marathon, not sprint!

What works? What doesn’t? How do I do this? How do I do that?

These are very common questions when people first start working out. Luckily, when it comes to exercises, there are a million different ways you can work out each body part or muscle group, and no one way is better or worse than another. It really comes down to personal preference, which one can only learn through practice. So while this list is by no means all of the exercises available, here is a list of some of my favorite exercises for each muscle group!
